What is your return policy?

If you’re not happy with your purchase, you can return or exchange any new, unworn items within 14 days after receiving your delivery. Therefore please send us an email first at hi@galexythelabel.com. We are unable to accept any returns or exchanges after 14 days. Items may only be exchanged once; if your exchange arrives and you are still unhappy with it, you may return it for a refund or credit within 21 days of arrival. The shipping costs are excluded from refund. 

If you request an item for exchange, your items are not guaranteed in stock and will only be reserved for you once your return items have been dropped off & scanned at your shipping carrier. We suggest dropping off your return ASAP to increase the likelihood that your requested exchange items are still in stock. If your requested items are no longer in stock, you will receive an email when your desired item will be back in stock again. It normally takes up to 10 days for your exchanging item to get ready. You also have the option to get a refund or a credit.

Can I return or exchange my Black Friday/Cyber Monday Order?

Black Friday + Cyber Monday orders are nonrefundable. Your item(s) may be exchanged for a different item or store credit within 45 days of placing your order. International orders placed during our Black Friday / Cyber Monday order are FINAL SALE. There are no returns, refunds or exchanges for items in our “Sale” page as they are FINAL SALES.

How long does a refund or exchange take to process?

Once we receive your exchange or return, please allow 7-10 business days for our team to process it.  

International Exchange/Return Policy

At this time, we are unable to offer free returns for international orders. For the shipping back the customer is responsible for the arrangement and must bear the returning cost. However, if the error happened from our side (mistaken or damaged products) we will cover the costs of returning.

If you ordered internationally and would like to make a return, you may ship items to our warehouse using any prepaid and trackable return method. Returns must be shipped within 14 days of the delivery of your order. Please include your order number as a reference.
