Where do you make your clothing?

Our products are produced by our local team in Bali. We have a close relationship with our amazing team and partners to ensure safe working environments and provide fair wages.

What is your return policy?

If you’re not happy with your purchase, you can return or exchange any new, unworn items within 14 days after receiving your delivery. Therefor please send us an email first at hi@galexythelabel.com. We are unable to accept any returns or exchanges after 14 days. Items may only be exchanged once; if your exchanged item arrives and you are still unhappy with it, you may return it for a refund or credit. The shipping costs are excluded from refund. 

If you request an item for exchange, your items are not guaranteed in stock and will only be reserved for you once your return items have been dropped off & scanned at your shipping carrier. We suggest dropping off your return ASAP to increase the likelihood that your requested exchange items are still in stock. If your requested items are no longer in stock, you will receive an email when your desired item will be back in stock again. It normally takes up to 10 days for your exchanged item to get ready. You also have the option to get a refund or a credit.

There are no refunds or exchanges for on sale items.

Can I return or exchange my Black Friday/Cyber Monday Order?

Black Friday + Cyber Monday orders are nonrefundable. Your unworn item(s) may be exchanged for a different item or store credit within 14 days of placing your order. International orders placed during our Black Friday / Cyber Monday order are FINAL SALE. There are no refunds or exchanges for on sale items.


How long does a refund or exchange take to process?

Once we receive your exchange or return, please allow 7-10 business days for our team to process it. Depending on your credit card it could take additional time for your refund to show.

My order says delivered but I never received it.

Please double check that the shipping address you used matches your location. If so, check with your neighbours to make sure someone near you didn’t receive your package by mistake. If your shipping address was correct and you still haven’t located your package 24-48 hours after it says it was delivered, please file a stolen packages report with your shipping carrier, and then contact us at hi@galexythelabel.com.
GALEXY is not liable for lost or stolen packages after they have left our distribution center.



Can I make adjustments to my order after it has been placed?

We can’t make any promises, because it already has processed. But we’ll give it our best shot. Email us ASAP at hi@galexythelabel.com for any changes regarding size, color, style, shipping address, or order cancellation. Unfortunately, we can’t add items to your order after it’s already been placed. 

All sale items are non-refundable and are not eligible for exchange.

Send us an email at hi@galexythelabel.com and our customer experience team will take great care of you. You can expect a reply from us within 24-72 hours during our business hours – M-F from 9AM-5PM CIT. 



How do discount codes work?

Only one discount code or promotion can be applied per order. Discount codes or promotions cannot be retroactively applied. 


How much does shipping cost within Indonesia?

All domestic orders within Indonesia are for free.


What about international shipping?

International shipping is $20, regardless of order size.

Please note that your order ships from Indonesia and may be subject to additional customs fees upon delivery. While we try our very best to keep international shipping costs low, your country’s import fees are out of our control.
